- How can I book a room?
Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
- What time is check in and check out?
Check-in 13h30-14h / Check-out 11h30-11h45.
- Can I leave the room late?
On request, with an extra.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
Please precise it during the reservation process: a twin room (2 beds) or a double (queen size bed). We also have Triple rooms with a queen size bed and a single one (on request at reception).
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
Yes, according to availability.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes, there are. Please precise your preference during the reservation.
- How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
6 storeys with a lift.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
There is air conditioning in all the rooms and in the whole hotel, all the year and it works alternately with heating.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
No.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, before the check-in, the day of your arrival, and after the check-out, the day of your departure.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
The parking Soufflot is 2 minutes walking from the hotel.

- Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
There is an Internet terminal at the reception: 2€/15 min, 5€/30 min, 10€/1h.
- Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, Wifi is available in the whole hotel, for free.
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
All our rooms are soundproofed, so quiet. The Superior Double rooms are more spacious. If you wish a romantic room for a particular occasion, precise us during the reservation, we will put in it all our will and the Direction will take care of offering some sweets for these special occasions.
- What languages are spoken in Reception?
French, Spanish, English and Italian.
- Where may I rent a car?
On request at the reception.
- We are coming with 1 (or more) child; can we add an extra bed in a double room?
What are the other options?
We have 2 rooms where we can welcome 4 people with one queen size bed and 2 single extra beds. Until 6 years old the bed is free and the breakfast is free. From 7 to 9, the breakfast costs 6.50€.
- How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
